Abstract

Ushbu maqolada aerobik mashqlarning talabalarda stress va charchoq darajasiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonida talabalar yuqori o‘quv yuklamasi, imtihon bosimi, uyqu rejimining buzilishi va doimiy axborot oqimi sabab psixofiziologik zo‘riqishga tez-tez duch keladilar. Muntazam jismoniy faollik, ayniqsa o‘rtacha intensivlikdagi aerobik mashqlar, ruhiy farovonlikni yaxshilashi, stressga javob reaksiyalarini yumshatishi va charchoq hissini kamaytirishi mumkin. Ilmiy manbalarda aerobik mashqlar kayfiyat, uyqu sifati, diqqat va umumiy psixologik holatga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi qayd etiladi. Maqolada aerobik mashqlarning fiziologik va psixologik ta’sir mexanizmlari, talabalik davridagi ahamiyati hamda ularni ta’lim muhiti bilan uyg‘unlashtirish masalalari yoritiladi. WHO muntazam jismoniy faollik salomatlik va farovonlik uchun foydali ekanini, har qanday miqdordagi faollik harakatsizlikdan ko‘ra yaxshiroq ekanini ta’kidlaydi.
