Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqotda kichik sanoat korxonalarida tejamkor ishlab chiqarish (Lean Production) konsepsiyasini joriy etish asosida boshqaruv samaradorligini baholashga yo‘naltirilgan uslubiy yondashuv ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqot doirasida kompleks baholash modeli taklif etilib, u strategik boshqaruv tizimi, inson resurslarini boshqarish mexanizmlari hamda ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarining operatsion samaradorligi kabi asosiy tizimosti komponentlarini o‘zaro integratsiyalashgan holda tahlil qilishga asoslandi.

Vizual boshqaruv tizimlarining to‘liq shakllanmaganligi, xodimlar o‘rtasidagi hamkorlik va kommunikatsion integratsiya darajasining yetarli emasligi hamda “just-in-time” tamoyillarini amaliyotga chuqur joriy etish borasida ma’lum institutsional va operatsion cheklovlar mavjudligi aniqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalariga tayangan holda Lean Production konsepsiyasini bosqichma-bosqich implementatsiya qilishga qaratilgan ilmiy asoslangan algoritm ishlab chiqildi.
