Keynscha fiskal siyosat nazariyasi, budjet barqarorligi konsepsiyasi (Blanchard-Chouraqui) va tarkibiy budjet balansi metodologiyasi (IMF) asosida defitsit mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqilgan.
