This article will highlight the theoretical foundations and practical technologies for the formation of leadership competencies in students in the process of teaching artistic works. Literature classes analyze opportunities to develop leadership qualities through interactive methods, problem education, group work, and project-based teaching. Also, on the basis of modern pedagogical approaches, issues of development of communicative, organizational and decision-making skills of students are considered.
