Mazkur maqolada Glaucium elegans Fisch. va Amaranthus albus o‘simliklarining kimyoviy tarkibi fitoximik nuqtai nazardan kompleks tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida ushbu o‘simliklar tarkibidagi biologik faol birikmalar, jumladan alkaloidlar, flavonoidlar, fenolik birikmalar, saponinlar, taninlar, organik kislotalar, oqsillar, aminokislotalar, vitaminlar va mineral elementlarning mavjudligi hamda ularning biologik ahamiyati baholandi. Qiyosiy tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, Glaucium elegans Fisch. alkaloidlarga boy dorivor o‘simlik sifatida, Amaranthus albus esa flavonoidlar, fenolik birikmalar va oziqaviy biologik faol komponentlarga boy istiqbolli bioresurs sifatida tavsiflandi. Shuningdek, biologik faol moddalarning tarkibiy o‘zgarishiga ekologik omillar va vegetatsiya bosqichlarining ta’siri yoritildi. Tadqiqot natijalari ushbu o‘simliklardan farmatsevtika, fitoterapiya, nutratsevtika hamda funksional oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari ishlab chiqarishda samarali foydalanishning ilmiy asoslarini kengaytiradi.References
