Abstract

This article highlights the role and importance of the motivational approach in shaping the cognitive competence of future teachers. The study analyzes the specifics of the motivational approach and the influence of internal and external stimuli on the cognitive activity of students. The author substantiates the methodological principles for developing cognitive competence and the pedagogical conditions for creating a positive psychological environment.
