Abstract

This thesis examines the concept of a gender-sensitive educational environment and highlights innovative mechanisms for its effective management. The study emphasizes the importance of equal educational opportunities, inclusive learning spaces, and administrative strategies that eliminate gender discrimination. The paper also discusses the role of teachers and educational leaders in promoting gender equity.
