TISHLAR CHIQQANDAN KEYINGI NOKARIES ZARARLANISHLARNING BOLALAR YOSH GURUHLARI BO‘YICHA TARQALISHI

Ushbu maqolada tishlar chiqqandan keyin bolalarda uchraydigan nokaries zararlanishlarning yosh guruhlari bo‘yicha tarqalishi, klinik ko‘rinishlari va amaliy ahamiyati yoritilgan. Nokaries zararlanishlar kariesdan farqli ravishda bakterial kislotalar ta’sirida klassik kavak hosil bo‘lishi bilan emas, balki emal va dentinning rivojlanish nuqsonlari, post-eruptiv emal parchalanishi, eroziv yeyilish, abraziv va attritsion o‘zgarishlar, gipomineralizatsiya, dentin sezgirligi hamda tashqi muhit va xulq-atvor omillari bilan bog‘liq holda shakllanadi. Bolalarda bu jarayonlarning uchrash darajasi yosh, tish almashinuvi bosqichi, ovqatlanish odatlari, og‘iz gigiyenasi, ichimlik suvi tarkibi, somatik holat va profilaktik stomatologik nazorat darajasiga bog‘liq. Tezisda erta bolalik, maktabgacha yosh, kichik maktab yoshi va o‘smirlik davrida nokaries zararlanishlarning uchrash xususiyatlari klinik nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilingan.
