Abstract

Digital platforms and logistics systems have become the principal economic mechanisms supporting the development of electronic commerce. Their continuous modernization improves business efficiency, expands market accessibility, reduces operational costs, and enhances customer satisfaction. This thesis examines the economic significance of digital platforms and logistics services in promoting sustainable e-commerce development and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises operating in the digital economy.
