This article develops and substantiates a technology for developing valeological knowledge and skills in future teachers through a digital learning environment. The study reveals the content of valeological education, the didactic opportunities of the digital environment, the structure of the technology, its stages, and the mechanism of practical application. The article highlights the process of mastering valeological knowledge and forming practical skills using digital tools. The findings contribute to improving valeological training in higher pedagogical education.
