BEMORLARDA ANEMIYA DARAJASIGA QARAB MIOKARD INFARKTINING OG‘IRLIK DARAJASI VA KLINIK NATIJALARINI BAHOLASH

Maqolada o‘tkir miokard infarkti (O‘MI) bilan kasallangan bemorlarda anemiya darajasining kasallikning klinik og‘irligi va erta natijalariga ta’siri tahlil qilindi. Anemiya miokardga kislorod yetkazib berilishini cheklovchi muhim patofiziologik omil bo‘lib, ishemik shikastlanishning chuqurlashuvi, infarkt o‘chog‘i hajmining kengayishi hamda yurak-qon tomir asoratlari rivojlanishiga olib keladi. Tadqiqot davomida O‘MI tashxisi bilan stasionar sharoitda davolangan bemorlar gemoglobin darajasiga qarab yengil, o‘rtacha va og‘ir anemiya guruhlariga ajratildi. Klinik holat, gemodinamik ko‘rsatkichlar, laborator markerlar, elektrokardiografik va exokardiografik ma’lumotlar hamda stasionar davrdagi asoratlar kompleks baholandi. Natijalar anemiya darajasi oshishi bilan miokard infarktining og‘ir kechishi, yurak yetishmovchiligi, aritmiyalar va noqulay klinik natijalar xavfining ortishini ko‘rsatdi. Olingan ma’lumotlar o‘tkir miokard infarkti bilan kasallangan bemorlarni boshqarishda anemiyani erta aniqlash va uni klinik xavfni baholashda muhim prognostik omil sifatida qo‘llash zarurligini tasdiqlaydi.
