Abstract

Mazkur tezisda oliy ta’lim muassasalarida yarim o‘tkazgichlar mavzusini o‘qitish jarayonida uchrayotgan nazariy, metodik va amaliy muammolar tizimli ravishda tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, energetik zonalar nazariyasining abstraktligi, kvant mexanik elementlarining murakkabligi, laboratoriya bazasining yetishmasligi, sanoat bilan integratsiyaning sustligi hamda talabalar motivatsiyasining pasayishi kabi omillar chuqur o‘rganiladi. Muammolarni bartaraf etishning innovatsion pedagogik mexanizmlari taklif etiladi.
