Ushbu maqolada O'zbekistonda mahalla orqali jinoyatchilikni kamaytirish uchun qo'llanilayotgan usullar ko'rib chiqilgan. 2025-yil va 2026-yil 3-yanvardagi PQ-1-son qarorlar tahlil qilingan, xalqaro tashkilotlar va statistika ma'lumotlari bilan taqqoslash o'tkazilgan. Maqolada Yaponiya, Skandinaviya va AQSh tajribalari ham ko'rib chiqilib, O'zbekiston sharoitiga mos takliflar berilgan.
