Abstract

This thesis highlights the importance of cooperation between family and educational institution in forming a reading culture in the younger generation. The family environment, the personal example of parents, and the continuity of the pedagogical process are analyzed as important factors in developing an interest in reading. The main directions of establishing effective cooperation between family and educational institutions are also indicated.
