This article provides a scientific analysis of the socio-philosophical unification mechanisms of labor migration in the context of globalization, as well as the patterns underlying the emergence of a new social type—the "translocal individual." Based on a comparative analysis of Eastern and Western philosophical paradigms, the study elucidates the existential being of the migrant, the phenomenon of glocalization, and the specific demographic and socio-cultural characteristics of the Andijan region. Accordingly, relying on the scientific concepts of international and national scholars, a conceptual model and the impact of migration on social cohesion have been elaborated.
