Abstract

In all countries of the world, independence is regarded as the greatest and most sacred national phenomenon, a fundamental factor in the stability of statehood, and an indicator of the growing national self-awareness of every people and nation. The attainment of this sacred achievement in our country, which dates back to the first half of the 1990s, was a historic turning point. This development revived the historical memory of the Tajik people and opened entirely new pages in the political, social and cultural life of the country.
