Mazkur maqolada raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida qurilish sanoati korxonalarida loyihalar portfelini boshqarishni takomillashtirish masalalari ilmiy jihatdan yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda portfel boshqaruvining ko‘p loyihali muhitda strategik maqsadlarni amalga oshirishdagi o‘rni va ahamiyati asoslab beriladi. Raqamli texnologiyalar asosida portfel boshqaruvi jarayonlarini tashkil etish resurslardan samarali foydalanish, risklarni portfel darajasida muvozanatlash hamda boshqaruv qarorlarining aniqligi va izchilligini oshirish imkonini berishi ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi. O‘tkazilgan tahlillar raqamli transformatsiya qurilish korxonalarida iqtisodiy samaradorlik va boshqaruv barqarorligini ta’minlashga xizmat qilishini tasdiqlaydi. Maqola xulosalari portfel boshqaruvi tizimini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish uchun ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
