Abstract

So‘nggi yillarda miya–ichak o‘qi (gut–brain axis, GBA) tushunchasi insultdan keyingi tiklanish mexanizmlarini tushuntirishda yangi paradigma sifatida qaralmoqda. Ushbu maqolada insultdan keyingi neyroplastiklikka mikrobiota tarkibidagi o‘zgarishlar, yallig‘lanish sitokinlari va neyrotrofik omillar (ayniqsa BDNF va GDNF) orqali bo‘ladigan ta’sirlar tahlil qilindi. 2021–2024 yillar oralig‘ida o‘tkazilgan 15 ta klinik tadqiqot va 6 ta hayvon modellariga asoslangan meta-tahlil natijalari asosida mikrobiota diversitetining 40% gacha kamayishi insultdan keyingi yallig‘lanish va neyron o‘sish jarayonlariga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatishi aniqlangan. Probiotik terapiya (Lactobacillus plantarum va Bifidobacterium longum turlari) qo‘llanilgan bemorlarda BDNF darajasi 32% ga oshgani (p<0.01) va IL-6 hamda TNF-α darajalari 27% ga kamaygani qayd etilgan. Ushbu ma’lumotlar miya–ichak o‘qi insultdan keyingi neyroplastiklikni modulyatsiya qiluvchi muhim molekulyar mexanizm ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
