Stress zamonaviy hayotda eng keng tarqalgan psixofiziologik holatlardan biri hisoblanadi. U organizmning tashqi va ichki omillarga javob reaksiyasi bo‘lib, qisqa muddatli holatlarda adaptiv rol o‘ynaydi, ammo surunkali shaklda sog‘liq uchun xavf tug‘diradi. Tadqiqotlarda stress yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari, gipertoniya, immun tizimi zaiflashuvi, uyqu buzilishlari va ruhiy kasalliklar bilan bevosita bog‘liqligi aniqlangan. 2024–2025 yillardagi ilmiy manbalarda stressni kamaytirishning samarali usullari sifatida meditatsiya, nafas mashqlari, jismoniy faollik, psixoterapiya va ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlarining muhimligi ta’kidlanadi. Ushbu maqolada stressning fiziologik va psixologik oqibatlari, shuningdek uni kamaytirish yo‘llari zamonaviy ilmiy yondashuvlar asosida tahlil qilinadi.
