Keywords:

To determine morphological changes in the spleen of 3-month-old outbred white rats during the early period following a mild spinal cord contusion.

Abstract

It is well known that the organs of the immune system provide adaptive immunity and maintain the cellular and humoral homeostasis of the organism. Experimental studies have demonstrated the high sensitivity of the spleen to various external and internal influences, as well as its ability to respond among the first with adaptive morphological changes.
