Ushbu maqola xalqaro almashinuv dasturlarining zamonaviy ommaviy diplomatiyadagi strategik o‘rnini tahlil qiladi. Giles Scott-Smithning “inson omili”, Nida Malikning “raqamli transformatsiya” va Thomas Sheku Marahning “liderlik va taraqqiyot” nazariyalari asosida shaxslararo muloqotning davlat imidjini shakllantirishdagi roli yoritilgan. Maqolada almashinuv dasturlari ishtirokchilari “norasmiy elchilar” sifatida stereotiplarni parchalash va barqaror professional tarmoqlar (networking) yaratishda asosiy vosita ekanligi isbotlanadi.
