This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the historical essence of the Eastern Renaissance and the role of the Seljuk Empire in its development. The study examines, on a scholarly basis, the processes of political centralization, socio-economic stability, and the rise of the cultural and intellectual milieu that emerged during the Seljuk rule in the 11th–12th centuries. Particular attention is given to state support for science and education, especially the institutional development of intellectual life through the network of madrasas founded by Nizam al-Mulk. Furthermore, the scientific legacy of prominent thinkers who lived and created during this period is evaluated as a crucial component of the Eastern Renaissance. The article interprets the Seljuk Empire as a significant historical factor in the formation and advancement of the Eastern Renaissance and elucidates its role within the broader framework of Islamic civilization on the basis of scholarly conclusions.
