In modern economic conditions, the competitiveness of textile enterprises depends not only on low production costs, but also on innovation, efficient use of resources, product quality, digital technologies, skilled labor, logistics, branding and compliance with international standards. The article analyzes the main theoretical approaches to production competitiveness, including cost leadership, differentiation, productivity growth, value chain development and sustainable production. Special attention is paid to the role of modernization, technological renewal, quality control systems and market-oriented management in improving the competitive position of textile enterprises. The study concludes that increasing competitiveness in the textile industry requires a systematic approach based on innovation, efficiency, sustainability and integration into global value chains.
