This article examines the legal significance of pedagogical innovations and moral-spiritual education in the development of modern society. It analyzes how educational reforms and innovative teaching approaches contribute to the formation of legal awareness, respect for law, and civic responsibility among individuals. Moral-spiritual education is considered an essential factor in strengthening ethical behavior, social values, and lawful conduct within society. The study also highlights the role of legal norms and educational policies in regulating and supporting pedagogical innovations aimed at improving the quality of education and fostering socially responsible citizens. The findings indicate that the integration of pedagogical innovations and moral-spiritual education within a legal framework is crucial for building a stable and law-abiding civil society.
