Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqot ayollarda reproduktiv huquqlarning institutsional va madaniy cheklanishi bilan onkologik kasalliklar rivoji o‘rtasidagi murakkab bog‘liqlikni tanqidiy tibbiy-ijtimoiy yondashuv asosida tahlil qiladi. Reproduktiv avtonomiyaning cheklanishi, majburiy homiladorlik, kechiktirilgan yoki taqiqlangan reproduktiv tanlovlar gormonal muvozanat buzilishi, immunologik zaiflashuv hamda kech onkologik tashxis xavfini oshiruvchi tizimli omillar sifatida baholanadi. Tadqiqot zamonaviy onkologiya amaliyotida biologik determinantlar bilan bir qatorda ijtimoiy-siyosiy mexanizmlarni hisobga olish zarurligini asoslaydi va ayollar salomatligiga oid genderga sezgir klinik yondashuvlarni qayta ko‘rib chiqish zaruratini ilgari suradi.
