Ushbu maqolada musiqa ta’limida ustoz–shogird munosabatlarining nazariy va amaliy ahamiyati keng qamrovda tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ustoz–shogird an’anasi orqali bo‘lajak musiqa o‘qituvchilarda ijodiy-estetik kompetensiyalarni shakllantirishning pedagogik mexanizmlari asoslab berilgan. Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida ushbu an’ananing transformatsiyasi va innovatsion yondashuvlar bilan uyg‘unlashuvi alohida yoritilgan. Maqolada ustozning shaxsiy namunasi, ijodiy muhit va individual yondashuvning ahamiyati ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ustoz–shogird modelining samaradorligini tasdiqlaydi. Ushbu yondashuv talabalarda ijodiy fikrlash, estetik did va kasbiy identitetni rivojlantirishda muhim omil hisoblanadi.
