SUSTAINABLE EDUCATION AND ITS ROLE IN ADVANCING SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Sustainable education is a fundamental component of long-term socio-economic development. This article examines the role of sustainability-oriented educational systems in enhancing human capital, reducing social inequality, and supporting inclusive economic growth. Using a qualitative research approach based on secondary data analysis and theoretical review, the study explores how integrating sustainability principles into education contributes to workforce adaptability, innovation, and social resilience. The findings emphasize the importance of policy support, inclusive educational practices, and institutional reforms to ensure education serves as a catalyst for sustainable socio-economic progress.
