Abstract

Mazkur maqolada turizm bizneslarini boshqarish jarayonida yuzaga keladigan asosiy muammolar ko‘rib chiqildi hamda ularni bartaraf etishga qaratilgan ilmiy asoslangan yechimlar tahlil qilindi. Turizm sohasini boshqarishda moliyaviy beqarorlik, kadrlar malakasining yetarli emasligi, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etishning sustligi, talab va taklif o‘rtasidagi nomutanosiblik kabi to‘siqlar o‘rganildi. Ushbu muammolar nisbatan yaxlit ko‘rinishda taqdim etildi va ularni hal etishning nazariy hamda amaliy usullari belgilandi. Strategik rejalashtirish, zamonaviy boshqaruv modellari va barqaror rivojlanish tamoyillari asosida turizm korxonalari samaradorligini oshirish yo‘llari yoritildi. Maqola natijalaridan turizm sohasida faoliyat yurituvchi korxona rahbarlari, sohaviy mutaxassislar va ilmiy tadqiqotchilar foydalanishi mumkin.
