Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become one of the most transformative technologies of the twenty-first century. Its integration into education has significantly changed teaching methodologies, learning processes, assessment systems, and educational management. AI-based technologies provide personalized learning experiences, improve students' academic performance, and support teachers in performing routine tasks. However, despite its numerous advantages, the use of AI in education also raises concerns related to ethics, data privacy, digital inequality, and the reduction of human interaction. This article examines the significance of AI in modern education, analyzes its opportunities and challenges, and discusses future perspectives for its effective implementation.
