Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tabiiy antioksidantlarga boy oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarining metabolizmga ta’siri, ularning oksidativ stress, yallig‘lanish, lipid almashinuvi, insulin sezuvchanligi va umumiy metabolik salomatlikdagi o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Antioksidantlar erkin radikallar ta’sirini kamaytirishga yordam beruvchi biologik faol moddalar bo‘lib, ular meva, sabzavot, rezavorlar, ko‘katlar, yong‘oqlar, urug‘lar, dukkaklilar va ayrim ichimliklarda uchraydi. Maqolada polifenollar, flavonoidlar, karotinoidlar, C va E vitaminlari hamda boshqa tabiiy bioaktiv moddalarning metabolik jarayonlardagi ahamiyati yoritiladi. Tabiiy antioksidantlarga boy ovqatlanish metabolik sindrom, semizlik va insulin rezistentligi xavfini kamaytirishda yordamchi omil bo‘lishi mumkinligi asoslab beriladi.
