CHEKISHNING PSEVDOARTROZGA ALOQASI BORMI?

Tadqiqotning maqsadi tamaki iste’molining suyak sinishlarining bitish jarayoniga ta’sirini baholashdan iborat edi. 1999–2010 yillar oralig‘ida son, boldir va yelka suyaklarining diafizar sinishlari bilan davolangan bemorlar retrospektiv tarzda tahlil qilindi. Bitmagan sinish holatlari yosh, jins va lokalizatsiya bo‘yicha mos keluvchi bitgan sinishlar bilan solishtirildi. Statistik tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, chekish sinishlarning bitmasligi (psevdoartroz) xavfini sezilarli darajada oshirishi aniqlandi. Shuningdek, ochiq sinishlar yomonroq natijalar bilan bog‘liq bo‘lsa, tashqi fiksatsiya suyak bitishini yaxshilovchi omil sifatida namoyon bo‘ldi. Ushbu natijalar tamaki iste’molining suyak regeneratsiyasiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishini tasdiqlaydi.
