Abstract

The development of English speaking skills in early childhood is a fundamental aspect of language acquisition. Modern educational trends emphasize active learning instead of traditional memorization. This study investigates the effectiveness of interactive classroom activities in enhancing English oral communication among preschool children aged 4–6. Over four weeks, role-play, songs, storytelling, flashcards, and vocabulary games were implemented to create a communicative learning environment. Observation results reveal significant improvement in vocabulary recognition, sentence construction, pronunciation clarity, and learners’ self-confidence. The findings indicate that interactive activities create a more engaging environment, enhance social communication, and accelerate language development. The research suggests that using multimodal activities in early English teaching boosts learner motivation and provides long-term positive outcomes.
