Abstract

Revmatik yurak kasalligi (RYK) — A guruhi beta-gemolitik streptokokk infeksiyasidan so‘ng rivojlanadigan autoimmun yallig‘lanish kasalligi bo‘lib, yurak klapanlarining progressiv va qaytmas shikastlanishiga olib keladi. Ushbu maqolada Streptococcus pyogenes ning patogenlik omillari, ayniqsa M-oqsilning immunologik ahamiyati hamda molekulyar mimikriya mexanizmi asosida rivojlanadigan autoimmun javob tahlil qilinadi. Bakterial antigenlar bilan miokard va klapan to‘qimalari o‘rtasidagi strukturaviy o‘xshashlik natijasida hosil bo‘lgan antitanalar va T-limfotsitlar mezbon to‘qimalariga qarshi yo‘naltirilgan immun reaksiyani yuzaga keltiradi. Natijada komplement tizimi faollashuvi, sitokinlar ajralishi va granulomatoz yallig‘lanish rivojlanadi, bu esa mitral va aortal klapanlarda fibroz, qalinlashish hamda stenoz yoki yetishmovchilikka olib keladi.Maqolada revmatik karditning immunopatogenezi zamonaviy ilmiy ma’lumotlar asosida yoritilib, streptokokkli infeksiyani erta aniqlash va adekvat antibiotik terapiyaning profilaktik ahamiyati asoslab beriladi.
