Abstract

This article analyzes the formation, development stages, and importance of electronic mail and online communication systems in the modern information society. The main functions of email services and their advantages in terms of speed, convenience, and economic efficiency are discussed. In addition, the role of online communication tools such as messengers, video conferencing platforms, and social networks in communication processes is examined. The study also highlights issues related to information security and privacy protection, as well as possible solutions to these problems from a scientific perspective.
