In recent years, processes of digital transformation on a global scale have been penetrating deeply into all spheres of social life, including the legal system and the mechanisms for ensuring human rights. Digital technologies are not only a key driver of economic development but also serve as an important tool for promoting social equality, increasing citizens’ legal awareness, and strengthening interaction between the state and society. In particular, digital technologies are opening new opportunities for protecting women’s rights and ensuring their equal participation in society.
