This study aims to study the linguistic features of everyday vocabulary in English and Uzbek, emphasizing its importance in reflecting cultural traditions, social systems, and communication practices. The study emphasizes that everyday objects serve not only practical purposes, but also reflect sociocultural values and family relationships. The study uses the method of discourse and lexical analysis, drawing on examples from explanatory dictionaries, cultural references and advertisements, dialogues, and literary works. A comparative analysis of English and Uzbek terms is used to identify etymological roots, semantic evolution, and cultural significance.
