MILLIY TAOMLAR TURIZMI (GASTRONOMIK TURIZM) VA UNI RIVOJLANTIRISH IMKONIYATLARI

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotining strategik tarmog‘i sifatida gastronomik turizmning (milliy taomlar turizmi) hozirgi holati, salohiyati va rivojlanish istiqbollari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda mamlakatning boy milliy oshxona merosi, hududiy taomlar xilma-xilligi (Toshkent, Samarqand, Xiva, Buxoro va Farg‘ona vodiysi) hamda ularning global turizm bozoridagi o‘rni statistik ma’lumotlar asosida yoritilgan. Maqolada gastronomik festivallar, master-klasslar, agroturizm bilan integratsiyalashuv va raqamli brending kabi rivojlanish imkoniyatlari atroflicha muhokama qilinadi. Shuningdek, sohani rivojlantirishga to‘siq bo‘layotgan servis sifati, professional gid-gastronomlar yetishmasligi va marketing muammolari kabi kamchiliklar tahlil qilinib, ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha ilmiy va amaliy takliflar ilgari surilgan.
