КЛИНИЧЕСКИЕ ПРОЯВЛЕНИЯ КОМОРБИДНОГО ТЕЧЕНИЯ ЖЕЛЧНОКАМЕННОЙ БОЛЕЗНИ И НЕАЛКОГОЛЬНОЙ ЖИРОВОЙ БОЛЕЗНИ ПЕЧЕНИ
Abstract
Желчнокаменная болезнь (ЖКБ) и неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени (НАЖБП) относятся к наиболее распространённым заболеваниям гепатобилиарной системы. Общность патогенетических механизмов, включая ожирение, инсулинорезистентность, дислипидемию и метаболический синдром, способствует их частому коморбидному течению. Сочетание данных патологий приводит к более выраженным метаболическим нарушениям и ухудшению клинического течения заболевания.
