Abstract

Miokard infarkti (MI) va arterial gipertenziya ko‘pincha bir vaqtda uchraydi hamda bir-biriga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu tizimli sharh PubMed, Cochrane, Google Scholar, Elsevier va Scopus kabi ma'lumotlar bazalarida so‘nggi besh yil ichida nashr etilgan maqolalar tahlili asosida olib borildi. 1500 ta maqoladan 45 tasi analiz uchun tanlandi. Gipertenziv bemorlarda MIdan keyingi eng ko‘p uchraydigan asoratlar: yurak yetishmovchiligi, aritmiyalar, insult va chap qorincha disfunktsiyasi hisoblanadi. Eng samarali boshqaruv choralariga erta reperfuziya, antigipertenziv terapiyani (AAF ingibitorlari, beta blokatorlar, aldosteron antagonisti) optimallashtirish, statinlar, antitrombotik terapiya va hayot tarzi o‘zgarishlari kiradi. Kelgusida yuqori xavfli bemorlarni aniqlash va shaxsiylashtirilgan boshqaruv algoritmlarini ishlab chiqishga qaratilgan tadqiqotlar zarur.
