Abstract

Mazkur maqolada yurak ishemik kasalligining patogenezi, koronar arteriyalarning anatomik va funksional xususiyatlari hamda ateroskleroz rivojlanishining morfologik mexanizmlari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida koronar qon aylanishining fiziologik asoslari, endotelial disfunktsiyaning ahamiyati, lipid infiltratsiyasi, yallig‘lanish reaksiyalari va aterosklerotik blyashkalar shakllanishining bosqichma-bosqich rivojlanishi yoritilgan. Shuningdek, aterosklerozning dolipid, lipoidoz, liposkleroz, ateromatoz va aterokaltsinoz bosqichlaridagi morfologik o‘zgarishlar batafsil tavsiflangan. Miokarddagi ishemik, distrofik va nekrotik jarayonlarning patomorfologik asoslari ham ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari yurak ishemik kasalligi rivojlanishida koronar arteriyalar anatomik tuzilishi, gemodinamik omillar va surunkali yallig‘lanish jarayonlari o‘rtasida uzviy bog‘liqlik mavjudligini ko‘rsatadi. Kasallik patogenezini chuqur o‘rganish zamonaviy diagnostika, profilaktika va davolash usullarini takomillashtirishda muhim ilmiy ahamiyatga ega.
