This article analyzes the efficacy of digital micro-learning—short, focused learning units—in fostering essential soft skills such as emotional intelligence, adaptability, and active listening. According to recent empirical studies (De Gagne et al., 2019), micro-learning platforms significantly increase cognitive retention rates by breaking complex psychological behavioral patterns into manageable, daily actions. Furthermore, personalized learning paths driven by artificial intelligence allow individuals to address specific soft skill deficits in real time (Gross et al., 2023). However, self-regulation remains a critical determinant; individuals lacking high intrinsic motivation show a 40% higher dropout rate in digital self-improvement programs (Zimmerman & Schunk, 2021). This paper examines quantitative data from online professional development courses to evaluate how micro-learning alters the neuroplasticity associated with habit formation. The findings suggest that integrating micro-learning into daily routines provides a highly sustainable framework for lifelong learning and professional adaptability in a volatile corporate climate.
